Beschreibung: A possibly unique Rolex Day-Date Reference 18039 from the most change driven era of watchmaking. Produced between 1979 and 1980 this rare marvel offers a beautiful salmon dial enriched with ten baguette cut diamonds. The whitegold case measures 36mm, is unpolished, shows sharp angles and a beautifully fluted bezel. The first owner took a rather rare bracelet choice, as the original Jubilee bracelet is stamped correctly with the manufacturing year of the watch. The bracelet has no stretch and shows almost no signs of wear. Accompanied by the original box, several Accessoires and a two year international service warranty from Rolex (new generation Card). The originality can be proven with documents from Rolex that describe the dial and its baguette indexes. The day and date disc are arabic but can be replaced to english upon request.
